Complete the All Indonesia Arrival Card
Every passenger arriving from abroad must submit the integrated arrival declaration. It combines immigration, customs, health and quarantine information in one free digital form.

Online application
How to prepare an e-VOA
Applications can be submitted from 14 days before travel. Indonesian Immigration advises applying at least 48 hours before departure.
Check eligibility
Use the official immigration list or visa selector. Do not rely only on travel blogs or social-media posts.
Apply online
Create the application on the official eVisa website and enter details exactly as shown in your passport.
Pay and save
Complete the official payment, then download the approved document and keep an offline copy on your phone.
Extend in time
If you need a B1 extension, start before the current stay permit expires. Never use overstay days as an extension.
Do not overstay your permission
The fine applies from the first day. Overstays of 60 days or more can lead to deportation and an entry ban. Deportation may also occur earlier when the fine cannot be paid.

Can Bukit Lawang Travel issue my visa?
No. Visas and stay permits are issued only by Indonesian Immigration. We can help with travel planning and local arrangements, but we cannot approve, guarantee or change an immigration decision.
Should I apply online or on arrival?
Eligible travellers may have both options. Applying for an e-VOA before departure can make the arrival process easier and gives you time to check that your details are correct.
Can I extend a visa-free stay?
No. Visa-free entry is limited to 30 days and cannot be extended or converted. Travellers who may want more time should consider an extendable option before entering Indonesia.
Can I work while visiting Indonesia?
Tourist and visit permissions do not authorize paid employment or selling goods or services in Indonesia. Work, study, journalism, research and other specialist activities require the correct visa.
What if my plans change after arrival?
Check your visa conditions immediately. Apply for any permitted extension before expiry, or leave Indonesia on time. Paying an overstay fine is not a lawful alternative to an extension.
