• Bookings must be finalized and deposits paid at least 3 weeks (21 days) before your arrival.

Pay the remaining amount in Indonesian rupiah (IDR) upon arrival in Bukit Lawang, in cash.

• Cancellation Policy: 
  • Cancel at least 20 days before your arrival to receive a deposit refund (minus non-refundable transaction fees, about 10%).
  • Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled less than 20 days before arrival, covering costs for booked treks, guides, and transport.

• Refunds
  • Refunds are processed via Wise.com or PayPal, not in cash.

• Changes to booked activities are possible but may incur fees due to pre-arranged bookings with trek teams, guides, and drivers.
• Changes to arrival dates may require itinerary adjustments and could result in additional charges.
• Please inform us of any changes as soon as possible; costs for changes made less than 20 days before arrival are not covered.
